Would you like to know how the proper verbal, visual and manual cues can change a Pilates class? Come to the workshop, where we’ll study and practice, when and which cues to use during classes and how to manually correct a client. You’ll also learn how to adjust the equipment and the springs to particular exercises and specific clients.

You can sign up for one, two or three workshops of the series.

Workshops are dedicated for the instructors that hold a mat, reformer or chair certificate, corresponding with the workshop topic.
