Studio Diamond Pilates was founded in 2004 by Bożena Włodarczyk and Ilona Włodarczyk and was the first professional studio operating in Poland equipped with exercise apparatus. Currently, we possess all the equipment created by the method’s creator, Joseph H. Pilates: reformer, cadillac, guillotine, wunda chair, electric chair, arm chair, wall unit, barrel, spine corrector, ped-o-pul. We offer individual sessions, duets, and 4-person groups.
