Trainings

We have been training Pilates instructors since 2008. Our training system is a multi-stage educational process that prepares future teachers to work safely and effectively with clients. The trainings are divided into the following stages: mat, comprehensive part I, comprehensive part II, comprehensive part III, and the final stage is the Master program, which is aimed at Pilates instructors with at least 5 years of teaching experience. This is like a Pilates MBA (Master Body Awareness). You can find out more information about the trainings and requirements by visiting the individual training pages.

The Master Program is not just a challenge; it is also knowledge about the method and its origins. The program includes original exercises created by Joseph H. Pilates and his first generation of teachers, who, through their passion and commitment, passed on the knowledge they learned from the creator of the method and added their own experience.

What sets our trainings apart?

Knowledge

The trainers at our Academy are: Master Teacher Ilona Włodarczyk – the author of the program, and Master Teacher Bożena Włodarczyk – the initiator of the Academy’s establishment. We completed our training in Germany, the UK, and the USA. We graduated from 3 renowned schools: Polestar, Stott, and The Pilates Center. The Pilates course program we developed meets international standards. It consists of the original and classical exercises of Joseph H. Pilates, complemented by contemporary modifications.

Experience

We have been training Pilates instructors since 2008. Our over a decade of experience, knowledge, commitment, and passion for safe and conscious movement will help you understand how to perform exercises correctly and safely, faster and more effectively. As a result, you will better understand the Pilates method as a whole system and gain comprehensive preparation for working as a Pilates instructor.

Practice

We want you to be ready to work as an instructor immediately upon completing the training. During the course, you will go through the exercises in practice and learn how to perform them correctly. You will learn how to respond to various client needs and select the appropriate exercises for the individual capabilities of those exercising. You will test yourself in leading classes. Don’t worry! You will be solidly prepared for these tasks.
