Comprehensive training part III

Description:

This is the third and final stage in the comprehensive instructor education pathway, focused on advanced-level work across all Pilates equipment.

Our training combines theory with intensive practical work, teaching movement precision, postural correction, and an individual approach to the client. The program includes classical Joseph Pilates exercises combined with modern biomechanical knowledge.

Who is it for:

This training is designed both for graduates of the Diamond Pilates Academy and for graduates of other reputable Pilates schools who meet the requirements listed below.

Requirements:

Completion of a comprehensive intermediate-level training across all equipment (Mat, Reformer, Chair, Cadillac, Barrels). A minimum of 3 years of experience teaching Pilates on equipment.

Training program:

• Exercise repertoire: learning, analysis, and practice of classical advanced-level exercises. Peer teaching practice.
• Workshops and classes – online sessions between training modules where selected topics are discussed and exercises are practiced during guided classes.
• Teaching methodology: building class structure, cueing techniques, error analysis, and manual correction of movement patterns.
• Additional assignments: various tasks throughout the course designed to reinforce learning and develop teaching skills.

Training materials:

1. 5 manuals
2. Access to the student platform – educational materials and exercise videos

Examination:

After completing all assessments and passing the exam, participants receive a Pilates Instructor Certificate – Advanced Comprehensive Program covering Mat, Reformer, Wunda Chair, Cadillac, Barrels, and Guillotine in both Polish and English.

Qualification process for the training:

How does the qualification process look for participants outside the Diamond Pilates Academy?

If you graduated from a different school than ours, please attach your course completion certificates and a description of your teaching experience in the application form. If you are unable to attach the documents, please send them to us by email at: akademia@diamondpilates.pl

The qualification meeting is designed to assess your practical skills. It lasts approximately 1 hour and costs 400 PLN. A list of exercises to be performed will be sent to you one week in advance. After a positive evaluation, you will be accepted into the training and asked to pay the initial fee.

What are the requirements for graduates of the Diamond Pilates Academy?

If you are a graduate of the Diamond Pilates Academy and have completed Comprehensive Training Parts I and II, you may join the advanced comprehensive training without a qualification meeting. Please submit the application form and pay the initial fee. After receiving your payment, we will send you a confirmation of enrollment.
