Description:
Mat training is a foundational instructor course that prepares participants to lead both group and individual classes and serves as an introduction to the Pilates method. The emphasis is placed on combining the classical Joseph Pilates method with modern biomechanical knowledge.
Who is it for:
This training is designed for individuals who want to become Pilates instructors and have no prior teaching experience, as well as for those who have completed training at other schools and would like to learn our education and teaching system.
Requirements:
A minimum of 1 year of practice in group or individual classes at a professional studio.
Training program:
- Fundamentals and theory: history of the method, functional anatomy, and key principles of Pilates.
- Exercise repertoire: learning and mastering preparatory exercises as well as classical mat exercises at beginner and intermediate levels.
- Posture workshop: analysis and discussion of correct posture and postural dysfunctions.
- Teaching methodology: structuring a class, cueing techniques, error analysis, and manual correction of movement patterns.
- Additional assignments: various tasks during the course aimed at reinforcing exercise knowledge and developing teaching skills.

- 2 manuals
- Access to the student platform – educational materials and exercise videos
Examination:
After completing all requirements and passing the exam, participants receive a Pilates Instructor Certificate – Mat (Basic and Intermediate Program) in both Polish and English.
