Diamond Pilates Studio Regulations
1. General provisions
A person participating in classes at DIAMOND PILATES declares that:
- Is healthy and able to perform physical exercises
- Participates in the classes at their own responsibility
- In the event of physical ailments, injuries, trauma, pregnancy, or serious health problems, informs the instructor about it
- Exercises on the equipment or with the help of small accessories only under the supervision of an instructor
- Exercises barefoot or in socks
- Bears responsibility for private items left in the changing room and, for security reasons, stores them in a locked locker
- Respects their own time and the time of others and arrives for classes punctually
- Cleans the mat or the equipment they exercised on after the class
- Leaves their phone in the changing room or mutes it to ensure mutual comfort, silence, and focus during the exercises
2. Payments
- Payments can be made in cash, by bank transfer, or by card.
- Services and products purchased at the Studio are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Single classes are paid in advance and no discounts are granted on them.
- Payment for a pass is required at the latest by the second class. In the absence of payment within this period, the completed classes are counted as single entries.
- The client undertakes to respect the validity dates of the passes. If a pass expires, the classes are forfeited if they were not used within the validity period of the pass.
3. Rules for extending the validity of a pass
- A pass may be extended once during its validity period, provided that the Studio is informed in advance of the additionally planned absence. Failure to report the need to extend the pass’s validity results in the forfeiture of unused classes.
- During a calendar year, a pass can be extended only ONCE for a maximum of 6 weeks.
4. Group classes, individual sessions, and duets
- Every New Client who wants to join group classes is required to book a first individual lesson preparing them for the selected group classes. If the person has not exercised on the equipment before, preparation for the group may require a minimum of 4 individual sessions.
- The dates of individual and duet sessions are arranged directly with the Studio by phone or email.
- A single entry does not guarantee a place in a group.
- The Studio reserves the right to cancel classes if only 1 or 2 people have signed up for them.
- Classes can be canceled until 7:00 PM (19:00) on the day preceding the scheduled classes (by phone, in person, via SMS, or email).
- In the event of a failure to provide notification, a 100% fee is charged.
- Failure to cancel a class or failure to confirm subsequent classes results in the automatic cancellation of previously scheduled lessons.
- The Studio reserves the right to cancel group classes until 10:00 PM (22:00), and individual or duet sessions until 7:00 PM (19:00) on the day preceding the classes.
- If classes do not take place due to the instructor’s absence and are canceled after 10:00 PM (22:00) for group classes, or after 7:00 PM (19:00) for individual and duet sessions, each participant of these classes additionally receives one FREE lesson in their current pass. Clients with a paid single entry keep it and can use it within 14 days from the date of purchase, and they also receive one FREE lesson.
- The validity period of all passes is 6 weeks, counted from the date of the first class used from the pass.
- A person who attends classes 2 or more times a week can buy a pass for 8 sessions.
- A person who attends classes 1 time a week can buy a pass for only 4 sessions.
- There are no refunds for classes not used within the validity period, nor is there any possibility to use them at another time.
5. Final provisions
- The client is obliged to read the regulations of Studio Diamond Pilates and undertakes to abide by them.
- In matters of dispute, the relevant provision of these regulations shall prevail.

- The regulations with the above content are valid from September 1, 2020, until their eventual update or amendment.
