Marta Gaworska

My name is Marta Gaworska. I specialise in geronto-prophylaxis. For the past two years, I have been studying Pilates at the Diamond Pilates Academy under the guidance of Ilona Włodarczyk and Bożena Włodarczyk. I have completed the second part of the comprehensive training program: mat, reformer, chair, cadillac, barrels – at the basic and intermediate levels.
I am passionate about a holistic approach to body and mind. I lead both individual and group Pilates sessions, helping others strengthen their bodies, find balance, and feel better.
My journey with Pilates began with a personal need to take care of my health and to gain a better understanding of my own body. Today, I continue deepening my knowledge and refining my teaching skills
My professional qualifications
My professional qualifications; I hold a PhD in Sport and Physical Education Sciences. For 19 years, I have been promoting physical activity among adults and seniors. I run physical activity programs as part of the ESPAR 50+ association’s initiatives (www.espar-50.org) and lead Nordic Walking classes for people over 50. For the past two years, I have been training to become a certified instructor of the Diamond Pilates Academy utilising authentic Pilates methods. In my work with individual clients, I focus on mindfulness, and safety.
What is Pilates for me?
What does Pilates mean to me? To me, Pilates is more than just an exercise method – it’s a path to self-awareness, mindfulness, and mental harmony. This method helps me function better in everyday life. I love the moments when my clients discover new movement possibilities and begin to feel stronger and more at ease. This brings me great joy and a sense of purpose.
Hobbies and free time
My hobbies include being in nature. I spend my free time preferably in the woods, by the water, or in the garden. I also happily pursue my passion for windsurfing, which allows me to feel free, connected with the elements, and experience the joy of being carried by the wind. It is my space of joy, energy, and full presence in the moment.
My motto:
“In simplicity and mindfulness lies profound strength.”
