Individual session
Individual session is guided by certified Coach or a Master Coach. A Master Coach has at least several years of experience in teaching classes and offers sessions on every kind of equipment. A Coach/Instrucotr is a little less experienced and offers sessions on some kinds of equipment. During sessions we use professional equipment provided at the Studio (ie Reformer, chair, Cadillac, barrel) as well as exercise on mat with small props (i. a roller, band, balls, circle). Sessions are adapted and adjusted to the needs of the client. This approach has outstanding results due to specific and thorough work one on one with the instructor, that can be compared to the work of a jewelery cutting a diamond. We offer sessions to anyone who:
- starts their Pilates journey
- wants to work more deeply with their body and gain faster results
- for athletes that have specific requirements
Group classes
We offer group classes in Mini Groups. Each Mini Groups have 3 participants who work on the equipment: Reformers, Chairs or Spine correctors.
If our group classes don’t fit to your schedule, but you and you’re two friends or family members would like to start group class at our Studio – write to us! We’ll open Mini Group class just for you!

Remember!
You can cancel booked class till 7.00 p.m. the day before, otherwise you will be charged for it and your next class will be automatically canceled.
Every ticket is valid for 6 weeks after the first class.
