1. GENERAL CONDITIONS

& 1.1

Any person participating in the class at DIAMOND PILATES STUDIO declares that:

• they’re healthy and can exercise

• they participate in the classes at their own risk

• in case of physical discomfort, injuries, pregnancy and serious medical problems, they’ll inform their instructor about it

• they exercise on the equipment or with small props only under the instructor’s supervision

• they exercise barefoot or in socks

• they’re responsible for personal items left in the changing room and puts them in the locker to keep them safe

• they respect their and others time and is punctual

• they clean the mat or the equipment that was used after class

• they leave their cell phone in the changing room or put it in airplane mode to care for mutual comfort, peace and concentration during class 🙂

  &1.2 Class duration

1. Duration of every class is 50 minutes.

2. PAYMENTS

• Payments at DIAMOND PILATES STUDIO can be made by cash, transfer or card.

• Services and products purchased at the Studio are not refundable and can not be exchanged.

• Single class are prepaid and there are no discounts for them.

• A New Client is obliged to pay for the first class before the date of the class and to send the payment confirmation to the Studio.

• The payment for the ticket is paid at least before the second class.

  In case of lack of payment by this time, the class are reckoned as single entrance.

• The Client is committed to comply with the tickets validity dates and with payments for tickets and other services on time.

  
  3. NEW CLIENTS

• A New Client is a person that uses the Studio’s services for the first time.

• Before the first scheduled class the New Client has to fill out the personal questionnaire, the survey about current physical state and acquaint themselves with the Studio regulations and sign them.
  

4. TERMS OF TICKET VALIDITY PROLONGATION

• Valid ticket can be prolongate once in case of exceptional circumstances (like vacation or sickness) after prior arrangement on the prolongation of the validity date with the Studio.

• In case the Studio was not informed about planned absence of the Client and the need to prolongate the validity of the ticket, the Client looses remaining entrances.

• Within one calendar year the Client can prolongate only TWO DIFFERENT tickets once for maximum 9 weeks total.

5. GROUP CLASSES, MINI GROUPS, DIAMOND CLUB

• Every New Client is obliged to schedule for the first individual class in order for preparation for chosen group class. After that class they can join the group.

• Client that hasn’t been exercising on the equipment before can complete preparation for the group by participating in minimum 3 individual sessions.

• Every Client that participates in group class using the ticket is obliged to participate in each class.

• In case of planned absence the Client has to notify the Studio by the person at the reception desk or via message, e-mail or phone call.

  In case of not informing the Studio, the Studio charges total prices for the class.

• Single entrance does not guarantees a place in the group.

• The Studio reserves the right to cancel class if only 1 or 2 people are booked.

• Class can be canceled till 7.00 p.m. on the day before scheduled class (via phonecall, message, e-mail or in person).

  In case of not informing the Studio, the Studio charges total price for the class.

• The Studio reserves the right to cancel group class, mini group class and Diamond Club till 10.00 p.m. on the day before scheduled class.

• If the group class didn’t take place due to instructor absence and/or were canceled after 10.00 p.m. each participant gets one additional lesson FREE OF CHARGE to the current ticket. Clients that already payed for single entrance, keep it and can use it within 14 days for the date of the purchase and they also get one class FREE OF CHARGE.

• Validity date of the group tickets is 6 weeks for the date of the first used entrance.

• Person that participates in the class 2 or more times a week can buy the ticket for 8 sessions. Person who participates in the class once a week can buy the ticket for 4 sessions only.

• There are no refunds and possibilities to use the entrances from the ticket in later time.
  

6. INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS AND DUETS

• Dates of individual sessions and duet sessions are scheduled directly between the Client and their instructor.

• Class can be canceled till 7.00 p.m. on the day before the scheduled class. In case of canceling the class later than 7.00 p.m. the Studio charges full price for the class.

• In case of no information about cancelation or no confirmation of the next class, the following scheduled classes are canceled.

• Studio reserves the right to cancel class till 7.00 p.m. on the day before scheduled class.

• If the group class didn’t take place due to instructor absence and/or were canceled after 7.00 p.m. each participant gets one additional lesson FREE OF CHARGE to the current ticket. Clients that already payed for single entrance, keep it and can use it within 14 days for the date of the purchase and they also get one class FREE OF CHARGE.

• Validity of individual and duet tickets is 6 weeks from the date of the first used entrance.

• Person who participates in class 2 or more times a week can purchase ticket for 8 sessions. Person who participates once a week can purchase ticket only for 4 sessions.

• There are no refunds and possibilities to use the entrances from the ticket in later time.

7. FINAL TERMS

• Client is obliged to get acquainted and comply with complete Diamond Pilates Studio regulations.

• Diamond Pilates Studio is obliged to inform about eventual changes in the regulations and it’s actualization.

• Eventual dispute cases between the Client and the Studio are determined by the relevant point of these regulations.

• Regulations are accessible at the reception desk at the Studio or at our website: www.DiamondPilates.pl

• Foregoing regulations in said form are in applied from 1.09.2020 till the date of its eventual changes.
