The Guillotine workshop is a specialized practical class using original equipment created by Joseph H. Pilates, which he called the “Gym in a Doorway.” During the workshop, participants will learn exercises that support proper posture, deep hip work, and spinal mobilization, as well as exercises for the shoulder girdle and arms using springs.
During the workshop, you will learn exercises that support proper posture, stabilization, and the safe execution of flexion and extension movements in accordance with the Pilates method.
