I am an expert in the Pilates method and a passionate advocate for a natural and healthy lifestyle. I am a master Pilates instructor, a diet coach, and a “Happy for no reason” trainer. I have over 20 years of experience in teaching Pilates classes.

For me, Pilates is a journey in which I can constantly develop, help people, create new education and training programs, and meet many interesting people. Pilates strengthens me, grounds me in my body, and makes me joyful, easeful, and fulfilled.

I graduated from two international schools, Polestar Pilates and Stott Pilates, and completed the Master Teacher program at The Pilates Center, USA. I have participated in many international Pilates conferences. I have written 15 manuals for instructors in two languages, Polish and English, and I am the co-author of the book “Pilates with Small Apparatus.”

I learn from the best. In Pilates, my mentors include sisters Amy Taylor Alpers and Rachel Taylor Segel, Pat Guyton, and Jillian Hessel. I studied diet coaching under Urszula Mijałkowska. In the field of personal development, I learn from Marci Shimoff.

For over 12 years, I have been actively involved in various personal development techniques. I systematically improve and upgrade my qualifications. In my work as an educator, trainer, and coach, I bring out the best in people, helping them see new possibilities and achieve their goals. I am fascinated and inspired by the development of the human body’s potential. I support and assist anyone who wants to expand the scope of their abilities through movement. I teach and train in Polish, English, and Spanish.

Privately, I love being close to nature and staying in sunny places, riding my bike in the mountains, and swimming in the ocean. Recently, I have been developing my surfing skills. Traveling is part of my soul, which is open to exploring interesting places, meeting inspiring people, tasting delicious and healthy dishes, and taking on new challenges. I love cooking and creating new flavor combinations. I get a lot of pleasure from preparing delicious, vital treats for physically active people ???? I am a dog lover. I have a Tibetan Terrier named Bourbon.
