You don’t have to give up your Pilates practice, of you can’t participate in class at the Studio. Welcome to on-line individual and group sessions!

If you’d like to sign up for individual class, write to us: studio@diamondpilates.pl. In your e-mail let us know which days of the week and times of the day can you schedule the class and do you have any small props at home like circle, roller, balls or bands. If all you have is a mat – don’t worry! Mat is all you need for full and effective Pilates practice.
