Bożena Włodarczyk

Master Instructor, Co-owner, Educator and Life Coach

I am an expert in the Pilates method, a life coach, and a personal development enthusiast. I am the co-author of the book “Pilates with Small Apparatus.” For me, Pilates is an endless journey where, from time to time, I rediscover my potential, enhance my skills, and at the same time, do what I love in life. And what I love is helping others discover their own potential.

I graduated from two international schools, Polestar Pilates and Stott Pilates, and completed the Master Teacher program at The Pilates Center, USA. I have participated in many international Pilates conferences. I completed postgraduate studies in life coaching at the SGH Warsaw School of Economics, as well as postgraduate studies in movement prevention at the Academy of Physical Education (AWF) in Warsaw. I have learned and continue to learn from the best. In Pilates, my mentors include sisters Amy Taylor Alpers and Rachel Taylor Segel, Pat Guyton, Jillian Hessel, and Julian Littleford. I constantly and actively participate in various personal development programs. I like helping others and teaching them how to find the mind-body connection through Pilates and push past their own limitations.
In my free time, I enjoy riding my bike, especially in the mountains. Singletracks are my passion. I like spending time with my dog, Bourbon, and I love traveling.
