I am an expert in the Pilates method, a life coach and passionate about personal development.

In 2004, together with my sister Ilona, we founded the prestigious Diamond Pilates Studio in Warsaw. In 2008, we created the Diamond Pilates Academy, which trains professional instructors according to a proprietary training program created by Ilona.

I am the co-author of the book “Pilates with small devices”.

My professional qualificationsI graduated from two international schools of Polestar Pilates, Stott Pilates and did the Master Teacher program at The Pilates Center, USA. I have participated in many international Pilates conferences.

I have learned and am learning from the best. In pilates, my mentors and mentors include: sisters Amy Tayler Alpers and Rachel Segal Alpers, Pat Guyton, Jillian Hessel, Julian Litterford. I completed postgraduate studies at the Warsaw School of Economics in life coaching and postgraduate studies in the field of movment prevention at the University of Physical Education in Warsaw.

All the time I actively participate in various programs in the field of personal development.

I like to help others and teach them how to find a connection between mind and body through Pilates and go beyond their own limitations.

What is Pilates for me?
Pilates is an endless path for me, on which I rediscover my possibilities from time to time, improve my skills and at the same time do what I like in life. And I like to help others discover their own potential.

Hobbies and free time
In my spare time, I like cycling, especially in the mountains. Single tracks are my thing. I enjoy spending time with my dog Bourbon and I like to travel.
