ARCHIVE EXERCISES ON CHAIR

Workshop in Polish and English.

– 500 PLN – for Academy students
– 600 PLN – for other instructors

During the workshop you get to know and practice archival exercises on the chair.
You work in small groups where you have the opportunity to practice and observe other practitioners. You learn Joe’s teaching style and the key tips of each exercise, and focus on the technique for performing them.
We feel that now there is a need to return to archival exercises. We offer inspiration, knowledge and experience.
We invite everyone who wants to experience and understand Pilates through their bodies in a joyful and team atmosphere.
Requirements: good knowledge of the exercises on the reformer – intermediate level.
Own equipment is required for on-line participants !!!
