The 1-st edition of Master program starts in autumn 2024.

The Master program was created for qualified Pilates instructors who want to achieve more, like challenges, believe in unlimited possibilities and want to develop their potential.
The Master program is not only a challenge, it is also knowledge about the method and its origin. The program includes original exercises created by Joseph H. Pilates and his first generation of teachers who, thanks to their passion and commitment passed on the knowledge they learned from the creator of the method and added their own experience. 

The program presents unique exercises taught by Joseph H. Pilates while he was alive, creating and developing his method. They have been preserved on archival records and in books. These exercises include exercises that map the foundations of the method and its development, as well as acrobatic and extra-advanced xercises that present the application of these foundations in an elaborate form showing the possibilities of human potential development. The master program is an insight not only into the original and archival Pilates exercises, but also an insight into the message and philosophy that the creator of the method followed to give the desired results that he writes about in his book “Return to life through Contrology”, quote::

„Uniform body development…”

„….it is only through Contrology that this unique trinity of a balanced body, mind and spirit can ever be attainted.”

An important element of the course is learning the history of apparatus and inventions created by Joseph H. Pilates, practicing on them and learning about the values ​​and purpose for which they were constructed. The apparatus built by Joseph H. Pilates includes various types of: mats, chairs, barrels and small devices, as well as larger ones such as: Reformer, Cadillac and Guillotine.

The Master program introduces you to the understanding and practice of the foundations of the method at a deeper and more advanced level, helping you find answers to many questions related to the method.

How long does the program last?

The program lasts approximately 1 year and includes 5 weekend meetings and one meeting (about 4-5 hours) for finishing and the graduation ceremony after completing the program..

When do the educational meetings take place?

Meetings are held on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) on average every 2 months and last 7-8 hours.

What materials are available as part of the course?

Everyone has their own individual account on our Master program platform where they have online access to the taught program for the for duration of the course. On the course participants receive printed lists of exercises, which will be performed during weekend meetings.

Who is the Master program for?

For everyone who has completed Comprehensive Pilates Education and has at least 5 years of experience and practice in teaching Pilates. Comprehensive Pilates Education includes exercises on mats, chairs, barrels and apparatus like: Reformer and Cadillac from the basic to advanced levels and meets international requirements in terms of the scope of the program and hourly units.

The Master program is attended by both graduates of the Diamond Pilates Academy as well as graduates of other renowned Pilates Schools who meet the above-mentioned requirements.

What are the qualifications for the program for people outside the Diamond Pilates Academy?

People from outside the Academy are required to attach documents confirming completion of Comprehensive Pilates Education and their teaching experience in the application form. Then, the person who sent us the form along with documents confirming qualifications is scheduled for a meeting to check their skills in practice. The meeting lasts approximately 1 hour and costs 400 PLN. One week in advance, we send a list of exercises that will need to be performed during the meeting. After a positive evaluation of skills, the applicant is accepted for training and pays an initial fee. After receiving the initial payment, we send confirmation of registration and welcome to the participants of the Master program.

What are the requirements for Diamond Pilates Academy graduates?

Graduates of the Comprehensive Pilates Education (all 3 parts) at Diamond Pilates Acadaemy can participate in the Master program. They are obliged to send an application form and pay an initial fee. After receiving the initial payment, we send confirmation of registration and welcome to the participants of the Master program.

How much does the Master program cost and what is the payment system?

The price of the entire program is 15.000 PLN.

The initial fee is 30% of the course value, which is 4.500 PLN and is payable within 3 days after qualifying for the Master program. The remaining amount needs to be paid no later than 2 weeks before the start of the course. Refunds in case student resignation.
1. We refund 50 % of total price when resignation is made more than 14 days before the course starts.
2. Participant pays total price when resignation is made 14 days or less before the course starts.
