Push up bars

Push up bars are mainly used to strengthen the upper body, including the shoulder girdle, back and arms. They have a simple design and easy application, but they are demanding in terms of the use of power, so they strengthen very well. Their biggest advantage is that both elements are independent of each other, so they can be used individually or together and set to different widths depending on the needs of the practicioner. On the other hand, the ergonomic wooden handles for holding the hands fit perfectly in the hand and allow for a good grip and precise positioning of the body when leaning on our hands.
