Ingredients: for 2 people
1 ripe avocado
a handful of dried goji berries soaked in the small amount of water for at least 10 minutes
2 small spoons of carob
1 table spoon of coconut oil
1 small spoon of cinnamon
2 table spoons of maple syrup or 2 finely chopped dates
Pour coconut oil, maple syrup, cinnamon and carob in a mug, mix well every ingredient and pour in a blender. Add sliced avocado and goji berries with water in which they’ve been soaking and blend. If the mousse is too dense, add a little bit of water and blend again. Decorate with bilberries.
