The “Arm Springs” Specialist Workshop focuses on improving shoulder girdle mobility, strength, and movement awareness using the Cadillac and Wall Unit. During the workshop, you will learn exercises that support proper posture, combine stretching with active mobility, and strengthen the stabilizing muscles. You will also learn how to perform arm spring exercises safely and how to select the appropriate spring resistance for different clients.
